I recently booked a carpet cleaning service with this company, and they sent Toby to do the job. Unfortunately, I was left very disappointed. Toby rushed through the cleaning and didn’t bother to tackle any of the stains. The carpet looked exactly the same after he left – no improvement whatsoever. I ended up having to call in another cleaner to get the job done properly. I wouldn’t recommend this service if you’re looking for a thorough, professional clean.
